Contract buyout

When will I get my cash reward?
The following steps have to be fulfilled in order for you to get your reward:
- You have signed up to respective BeFibre package
- BeFibre services have been installed
- You have paid the 1st bill
- Cleared 30 day Be-Guarantee
- You have cancelled the previous BB supplier
- You have uploaded the bill, showing early termination fee
If I want to transfer my telephone number over to BeFibre, when should I cancel my service with my current provder.

As a number port can take up to 12 days, we advise you don’t cancel your service until the number port has taken place.
How long do I have to submit my claim.

From registration, you have up to 90 days to complete your Contract Buyout claim by uploaded your final bill showing the early termination fee.

Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 6pm
Saturday: 8:30am to 1pm

Terms and Conditions

To be eligible for the BeFibre Contract Buyout scheme, you must have at least three months remaining on your existing contract with your current provider.
The BeFibre Contract Buyout scheme cannot be combined with the BeFibre Refer-a-Friend scheme.
The BeFibre Contract Buyout scheme is only available on BeFibre 24-month contracts and is not available on 12-month contracts.
The Contract Buyout scheme reimbursement amount is dependent upon the BeFibre product that you choose (up to £100 on Be150, up to £125 on Be500, up to £150 on Be900 and Be2300) and dependent upon the amount your current provider charges you for leaving your contract early e.g. if you choose Be900 and your Early Termination Fee (ETF) with your current provider is £137 then we will reimburse you £137, if the ETF is £185 we will only reimburse you £150.
The cash reimbursement amount can be paid into a UK bank account or a PayPal account.
The validation period for compensation payment is up to 60 days from sale being placed. Customer must have had BeFibre services installed, paid first bill and cleared the Be-Guarantee before funds will be transferred.
The BeFibre Contract Buyout scheme can be withdrawn at any time
