***We reserve the right to charge for an unsuccessful installation because of; no one with relevant authority being at the property at the agreed appointment timeslot; the installation is no longer required and has not been cancelled; or where an appointment is rearranged with less than 24 hours’ notice and has already been allocated to an engineer.
