Returning your equipment

We’d hope you wouldn’t need to, but, if you do need to return your equipment then please do so following the steps below.

  • As soon as your service ends, please return your BeFibre equipment (Routers, BeTalk adaptor) to the following address to avoid an additional charge.
  • Clearly label the package with your name, address and account reference. (We recommend using a recorded delivery service, so you have proof of postage.)
  • On payment receipt and router return, your account will be closed.
