Be proud

Tell us about your role at BeFibre – what are your key responsibilities? 

I look after the kind of connecting BeFibre does behind the scenes – without the fibre cables. My responsibilities range from researching areas to finding community activities we can collaborate with or support. I talk to residents about who we are, and what an area needs, and increase our brand awareness among them. I also look for events and sponsorship opportunities.

What’s your favourite part of the job? 

I’m a ‘people person’, so I really love getting to meet the groups I’ve assisted in sponsorship. They are always so grateful for the help BeFibre has given and are keen to share what they have achieved with our support.

For you, what makes BeFibre stand out from the crowd? 

The closeness of all our departments. We always all work together – like a family!

How do you think your colleagues would describe you? 

Chatty 😊

If you were stranded on a desert island, what is the one thing you couldn’t live without?

Music.

What one rule would you implement if you were the boss for a day? 

A team-building day – ideally bowling!

How BeFibre is the best! I know I may be slightly biased, but with our speed, service, and genuine love for the communities we serve – I’m pretty sure people would agree if they saw just how much care and attention goes into everything we do. 

If you could give a colleague an award for going ‘above and beyond’ who would it be, and why?

Harrison Lee, our regional sales manager for the North – is always so positive and passionate about ensuring every job is well done!
