We would like to say a big congratulations to our design agency, The Bigger Boat, who have proudly secured an award from Design Rush for the BeFibre jargon-busting campaign that we worked on together back in 2022. 

This award showcases the creativity and innovation of the team and the agency’s unwavering commitment to setting BeFibre apart in the competitive broadband market. We love our new look – and we hope that everyone agrees!

The campaign’s primary objective was clear from the outset: to confront the challenges that often perplex broadband users with a fresh, creative approach while providing valuable educational insights. We wanted to empower customers to take broadband into their own hands. 

Our approach was bold and ambitious, and our collaborative journey with the agency’s creative team was grounded in the shared desire to resonate deeply with the audience, offering not only reliable connectivity but also a meaningful connection to the brand.

Through extensive workshops and discussions with key stakeholders, we uncovered the core values of BeFibre and gained insight into the problems our services aim to solve.

Using these insights, The Bigger Boat honed in on a relatable brand personality, crafting a distinct tone of voice that embodied approachability and a hint of playfulness. This laid the foundation for the brand identity, a reflection of BeFibre’s commitment to making technology accessible without sacrificing sophistication.

A series of attention-grabbing straplines, including ‘Broadband without the bull,’ ‘WiFi without the waffle,’ and ‘Fibre without the fibs,’ exemplifies our dedication to clarity and simplicity, and brings out our personality. 

The recognition from Design Rush is a testament to the success of the campaign and our new look. We’ve created a brand that speaks to the heart of our audience, so here’s to creativity, innovation, and a future where technology speaks our language!
